What is Mindful Mentoring?
Mindful Mentoring is a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self. Through meditation practice and reflective dialogue, Mark helps you lift the burden of obligation that smothers curiosity, joy, and freedom. Each session supports you to reclaim a sense of personal power and creativity, to take the lead role in your own life.
This isn't therapy or clinical treatment. It's a contemplative partnership for people who feel heavy, stuck, or disconnected from what truly matters and are ready to feel lighter, clearer, and more alive.

At its deepest level, this is about realising your authentic self, the "I am" beneath all the roles and expectations. You don't need to have answers or know exactly what you want. You just need to be ready to cultivate stillness, open your awareness to possibility, and explore what calls to you. Whether that's creative expression, spiritual depth, or simply a more authentic way of being.
How It Works
Each session combines three elements:
1. Mindfulness & Meditation Skills
Mark teaches practical meditation and mindfulness techniques to help you settle, focus, and access your own clarity. These aren't abstract concepts, they're tools you can use daily.
2. Reflective Space
Mark creates room for deep, unhurried conversation. He helps you listen to yourself, often for the first time in a while. What emerges in this space is yours; he's there to hold it with you.
3. Reconnection with Joy and Possibility
Together, you'll explore what genuinely brings you alive, not what you think you should want, but what calls to you with curiosity and delight. You'll expand your awareness to see new and exciting possibilities.

About Mark
Mark spent 15 years as a wellbeing coordinator in schools, supporting young people through challenging transitions and mental health struggles. He's held space for hundreds of deep conversations about meaning, purpose, and finding one's way.
He's a registered meditation teacher, and brings a contemplative, non-dogmatic approach informed by his background in theology, counselling studies, and lived experience. He's walked away from paths that didn't fit, and understands what it takes to follow what's truly alive in you.
4-Session Mindful Mentoring Pack
Format:
Four 75-minute one-to-one sessions over 4 weeks, via Zoom (or in-person if local to Surf Coast Vic.)
What happens each week:
Week 1: Foundation
Opening meditation to ground and settle. Mark introduces core mindfulness practices and you explore what's present for you right now, what feels heavy, what you're longing for.
Week 2: Clarity
Deepening meditation practice. Together you identify what's weighing you down and what genuinely brings you alive. This is where you start listening to yourself again.
Week 3: Courage
Building on your practice, you explore what calls to yo; creative expression, new direction, authentic spirituality. Mark supports you in moving from paralysis to possibility.
Week 4: Integration
Creating sustainable practices and clear next steps. You leave with meditation skills, renewed clarity, and the courage to follow what's true for you.
